October - May, excluding long weekends and holidays

Bookings and Payments:

We accept mastercard and visa, cash, debit, money orders and certified cheques.

Terms and Conditions:

A deposit of 50% of the rental cost is required at the time of booking, with the balance due at time of arrival.

Cancellations 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded less a $30.00 service charge.

Cancellations on shorter notice will not be refunded as this is a destination resort and will result in a vacancy for us, therefor the policy is firm.

There is no refund for late arrival or early departure, or for weather conditions.

** Special Policy for winter conditions ** If the highways are closed by MB. Dept. of Highways, we will transfer your deposit to an alternate date within the same winter season.

Your verbal authorization to use the provided credit card # for the deposit indicates your compliance to our terms and conditions.

Please Note:

The resort is for use of registered guests only.

All unregistered guests must be off the premises by 11pm, or there will be an addtional charge per person to the registered guest's credit card.

Extra linens are available for a charge of $10.00.

We also ask that all guests respect other guests by following the general rules of Provincial campgrounds.

 
 

Please note:

All guests must have a valid credit card on file in order to rent a cabin. You may still pay with another method of payment at time of check in.

Group bookings cancellation policy (3 or more cabins): Your deposit, less a processing fee of $50 will be refunded if you cancel 60 days prior to your expected arrival date.
